In Bootcamp you workout in a group class with everyone performing the workouts at the same time. Workouts include cardio and strength training, with the aim of all over body fitness. We include a wide variety of exercises: push ups, pull ups, burpees, kettle bell swings, lunges, running, rowing, biking, and many more. The workouts are different every day, which keeps things interesting.
The group nature of the class keeps you accountable, offers you an opportunity to both give and receive encouragement while being a part of our community.
