CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program consisting of a mix of high-intensity interval training and Olympic weightlifting.

At Concord Crossfit we emphasize functional fitness. Constantly varied functional movements in hour-long classes typically include a warm-up, a skill development segment, the high-intensity “workout of the day” (WOD).

Examples of exercises include: push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, deadlift, clean, jerk, snatch, rowing, assault bike, running, rope climbing, kettlebell swings, squats, thrusters, burpees, burpees, and more burpees.
