Most of all you will be on your way to improving your life!

Elements/Personal Training

We are a school of fitness, not a gym. You will be given proper instruction on mechanics, form, safety, scaling and CrossFit methodology. Once you have shown that you are competent and consistent with the movements of CrossFit you will be eligible to start attending Group Classes.

With that in mind, you will start training by attending 6-8 one-on-one Private Elements training sessions. The coaches at Concord CrossFit have diverse backgrounds but all have one thing in common, they care.

During your personal training sessions (a minimum of 6, but will depend on your personal fitness level and physical abilities), you will get to know the standard CrossFit movements (30-40 movements); things like weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics and rowing. You'll also learn about injury prevention and mobility.

Our approach is based on these three ideas:

First, CrossFit is very technical. Stepping into the area of CrossFit is like learning a new sport. In the same way as you wouldn't just throw someone without experience into the middle of a varsity football game, we don't throw people who have never done clean and jerks, snatches, pull-ups, and rope climbs into the middle of a CrossFit class. We take the time with each student to teach proper form and technique so that you are confident and safe when you start group class.

Second, personal training allows us at Concord CrossFit to address your personal needs, deficiencies, weaknesses and injuries. Everyone needs to work at a different pace, and we want to keep you injury-free to increase your longevity.

Third, we believe relationships with the people around you are going to enrich your life, and your relationship with your coach is no expection. We want to get to know you , your fitness goals, what's going on in your life and what you need from us to succeed.

Group Classes

Once you're proficient in the CrossFit movements and reach our requirements, you are free to begin group classes.

During group classes you'll push yourself and sweat it out with like minded people, as you compete with yourself (and others if you choose) for rounds, points, glory, emotional satisfaction and spiritual growth. You will reach new physical and emotional levels you didn't think were possible, and will undoubtedly find yourself with a new social and support network, who will help you on your continued path to greater health and happiness.

Our coaches will always be present at each class, this ensured you will continue to receive technical coaching even as your CrossFit and fitness abilities improve.
