		<description>Great day today!  5:30 was Marcus, Kris, Miles (yay) Alex, Bong-Gi, Alison and Hannah.  Everyone showed great improvement on their Push Press.  Rounds for the mini MetCon were 4-6.5 round for everyone.  Great improvement on Kipping pull ups Hannah and Kris!

8pm I had a personal training session with Molly and Diana, two very fun sisters :-) I have to say....they are going to be amazing!  look out for them and a couple other new ladies just finishing up their PTs: Carolyn, Angie and Kelly should be showing up in group classes soon.  Make sure you say hi if you see them around the Gym.
