that’s right guys it starts next week. ANYONE can sign up and try your hand from the safety of our own gym! A WOD will be posted and you will have one week to do it. ( I will schedule a day so if you want to do it together you will have that option). you post your scores to the games site and see what happens! THIS IS GONNA BE FUN! A note about our nutrition challenge: I measured about 5 of the 20 participants and we’ve lost 7 inches as a team…until I measured one tonight…7 inches off ONE person in the 4 weeks so far! 4.5 from the waist, 2 from hips, and 1/2 from thigh!!! so impressed! That brings our team total to 14 inches. we are coming to the end of week 4 so It’s time to re-commit to your goals. Our goal as a team is 40 inches lost from waist, hips and thighs. I want to see a 100# increase in our Clean and Jerk as a team…NO PROBLEM! I originally said 50 but I think all 20 of us are capable of stepping it up by5 pounds.
The vote was practically unanimous, everyone wants to go to dinner/drinks in celebration of our accomplishment so now it’s time to decide where. Post your restaurant/bar/location requests and ideas and we’ll set a date for 3-5 weeks from now.
Keep up the good work guys! I’m proud of all of you! Remember the rule of 1 and 23….assuming you spend 1 hour per day in the gym that leaves 23 hours to mess it all up
