    Yay! good one today! Marcus Kicked butt! sprinting past me on my last run, Theo, Bong-Gi and Alex of course killed it.

    our equipment kept falling apart so I got a few rest periods I was pretty happy about. I just ordered more so should be a little less stressful next time ;-) .

    Trained a little for the Stair climb today :-) 73 flights (up and down) in 20 minutes with a 20# weight vest… hope to get it to 80 flights (up and down) in 20 minutes with a weight vest. If anyone has any tips let me know!

    I really enjoyed this workout, though after the first set of clean and jerks I was hating it, but the next two rounds were surprisingly better, and I hate to say it, but I crushed “all y’alls” times with 18:56, and yes, RX’d. I showed wall ball who was boss, finally. ;) Being the only person there, I wished I had someone to push me-I wonder how much time I could have shaved off!
