the 7pm class was poppin! very cool. alison was there as usual, anthony stopped by and brought his oldest bianca to work out with us. corinne also came in and brought a helper to count all her rounds.
was a very fun workout, everyone worked out like a champ, especially bianca who moved up a box in her box jumps.
