YEAH, 1st WOD Rx. I didn’t think it would be such a big deal but I’m really excited. My legs were hurting coming in and now I’m walking kinda funny…

Great job to everyone today! 12:15 Loraine came in injured, Vanessa was sick, Elke sore! Still all three toughed it out! Alison and alex flew through and I just tried to stay out of alex’s way
7pm was fun! We worked Kipping technique with theo, Susan, Joe and Gabriela. While Julian, Matt and Anthony worked weighted pull ups all getting to 10 consecutive reps with the 20# vest on.
Elke returned to wod with us for the second time today. This time going for mens rx weight! Amazing! Nice work everyone!
