complete as as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

1 rope climb
20 farmer lunge walks20#/30#
20 Sit ups
1 muscle up

    fun fun! Anthony and I worked out at 10am, Anthony conquering the rope climb :-)

    Alex, Alison, and Loraine at 12:15. Alex fighting hard for those Muscle Ups while Alison and Loraine got a lot of good practice on the rope climb.

    Nice work everyone, lets see what the evening class brings :-)

    7pm class was smaller than usual but the energy level and success rate made up for the shortage in bodies. Marcus, Joe and Matt ALL kicked butt! Marcus got a muscle up…first try! Matt, who could always climb the rope without help from his legs learned the technique to make the task a little easier and faster. Now he can save his energy for muscle ups ;-) . Joe got the hang of the rope climb too! not quite to the top but he’ll be there in no time.
