alison totally kicked my butt. damn you backwards running. although she does kick my butt even harder running forwards. on a side note, hspus on parallettes are a pain.

Great classes today, and yes Alison you kick arse at running, both forward and backward, nice job to Alex too, after we worked a little on abs and HSPU, with Alex going on paraletes and Alison getting a feeling on being upside down. At 10 my friend Diana came in she was not channeling running so she did Push Presses, the ladies of noon, Sarah, Elke and Lorraine had a go at Griff with Sarah leading the pack while Elke and Loraine encouraged each other all the way, nice job to all and see you on Saturday

Luca,Thank you for today work out, Thank you so much for taking care of little Matthis while I was running with the girls, it was super sweet of you!(Ohhh, I forgot… I got home an trow my ”healthy”chips! You have a good influence on me;)))

Anytime Sarah, holding Matthis was a work out in itself, he’s a healthy big boy. As far as the chips goes, I’ll make you feel guilty until you get rid of them, nice job, that’s a start to a healthier eating.
