		<description>15:15 was the battle of the Julies :-) Julie M and Julie S worked their butts off! both subbing banded ring dips and jumping pull ups for MU&#039;s.  I did my MU from a box, Julie M tried a few of these too!  very impressive!  Another Hero will be scheduled sometime next week so be ready....</description>

		<description>at 9 am Alison, LK and I worked out. all these chest exercises this week I think my bust size may have increased. Alison &amp; LK subbed 3 ring dips &amp; 3 burpees for each muscle up using their respective box and band, I did muscle ups from kneeling to ring dip. Times were all between 16 &amp; 19, great job guys, feels like a real chest &amp; back week :)</description>
