and to prove Luca’s point….ELKE! RX’d “Angie” today! that is 100 pull ups w/o assistance, 100 full push ups 100 sit ups finished off by 100 squats! AMAZING! joining her in the category of inspirational women: Alison did all her push ups on her toes and finished in less than 25 minutes! Loraine and Kathleen powered through and showed amazing form while doing it. As the only boy in class (poor thing) Alex flew threw in 18 minutes RX’d! You guys make being at “work” fun, energizing and inspiring! Great job today everyone!

7pm did not disappoint! Kerry and Greg broke Angie up into 5 rounds of 20 Pull ups, push ups squats and sit ups. Theo and Matt both RX’d it and kept each other motivated and moving! Matt finished just under 25 minutes (ripping his hands on pull up #95!) Theo finished just over 25 minutes (ripping his hands before he even got here!) you guys rock! see you tomorrow!
