Overhead squats
increase loads for each set
Mini MetCon:
1 minute each station:
Row for calories
max reps pull ups
Back Ext.
GHD sit ups
KBS
Med Ball Squats
Rope assents
Double unders
add all reps from each station for total score and post to comments
