50 Weighted burpees for time.  Use a set of 25# Dumbbells for the whole burpee!  the push up and the jump up

with a partner complete:

6 rope climbs

50 burpees

50 Jerks

50 Kbs

50 GHD sit ups

50 farmer carry lunges (25/40)

800 m Run

each partner needs to complete 1/2 the reps.  only one partner can work at a time, you can go in any order you like, and break it up into as many sets as you want but you have to complete each exercise before you move on the the next.
